This Privacy Policy explains how RIS-ING UP d.o.o. collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you regarding a sale, rental or service. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to us by e-mail and are not stored in a database on this website. To deliver that e-mail we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) as a processor. The site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any related business communication, after which it is deleted, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
